The GJ2A-H series rubber slitter is used for rubber dividing in the anterior procedure of cold feed extruder. The machine is used to provide the rubber strip sizing Φ120, Φ90, Φ60 etc for duplex extruder and cold feed extruder. The slitter have following characteristics: rational structure, reliable on safty protection, good applicability, high precision, energy-saving and efficient, simple and easy to operate,durable and convenient to maintain, etc. And it can slit the rubber to different size according to the customer`s requirement at one time. The machine`s maximum processing width is 1000mm, the maximum processing thickness is 80mm, the discharging specifications: 100mm, 80mm, 60mm, 30mm. If slitting rubber materials, the maximum hardness is Brinell hardness 70 degrees, the minimum hardness is Brinell hardness 18 degrees. The slitter can slit all kind s of rubber and plastic materials
